Eastern Milk Snake

This milk snake was found under a snake board at the rare Charitable Research Reserve in Cambridge.  We were exploring the area with naturalist, Pete Kelly and the Naturalist in Training group.

We found this snake along the escarpment near Hamilton while touring Little Rock Chapel Falls with naturalist Ian Hendry. This milk snake has very different colouring (but a similar pattern):
